Frying Peanut processing plant
Proocessing:
This Frying Peanut processing plant can be used for frying peanut, green bean ,broad bean,chickpeas etc.
1. soaking: Put peanut into soaking machine for 3-5minutes in 90-95degree.
2. Peanut peeling Machine, soaked peanut will be sent to peanut peeling machine, so that remove red skin.
3. Picking: take out bad peanut, unpeeled peanut by workers.
4. Peanut drying machine: Drying wet peeled peanut when accross drying machine till moisture get 12-13%
5 Peanut frying machine: suggest batch frying machine to fry peanut and 35-40kg/batch in temperature 150-160 degree. fry two times will be better.
6. De-oiling machine: remove extra oil in high speed.
7. Flavoring Machine: mixing salt and other spicy with peanut together
8. Cooling: cooling peanut till temperature get 30-40degree
